IITI Group is hiring full-time Insulation Technicians to support commercial and industrial insulation projects.
Responsibilities include applying insulation materials to surfaces, measuring and cutting materials, installing metal jacketing and PVC, and using tools and equipment required for mechanical and building insulation work. Candidates must be comfortable working with ladders, lifts, and varying job site conditions.

Abatement Technician
IITI Group is hiring full-time Abatement Technicians to support lead, asbestos, and mold remediation projects.
Responsibilities include assisting with the safe removal, containment, handling, and disposal of hazardous materials based on project requirements. Prior experience is helpful, and certification may be obtained after hire.

Project Manager
IITI Group is hiring a full-time Project Manager to oversee projects from start to finish.
Responsibilities include managing project schedules, building customer relationships, supporting safety protocols, coordinating field employees, and helping ensure projects are completed professionally and efficiently. Project management experience is required. A bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required.

Estimator
IITI Group is hiring a full-time Estimator to support insulation projects by accurately assessing material and labor needs.
Responsibilities include performing detailed takeoffs using blueprints, schematics, and engineering specifications to calculate square footage and linear footage for insulated assemblies, including pipe, ductwork, and tanks. The Estimator will also help recommend insulation products based on thermal, moisture, and noise control requirements.
